Pet fee is $250 per pet.
Maximum of two pets per apartment.
Breed restrictions apply. Pet rent $35 per month, per pet.
Restricted breeds:
• Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Chow Chows
• Rottweilers
• Presa Canarios
• German Shepherds
